Cancellation policy

At Fudging Good Puds, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our purchase options and cancellation policy:

1. Purchase Options

  • Payment Methods:
    We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., debit/credit cards, PayPal].
  • Order Confirmation:
    Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order, but it’s not yet shipped.
  • Order Processing:
    After your order is confirmed, we aim to process and ship it within 1-2 working days.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please note the following:

  • Order Cancellations:
    You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed.
    Simply contact us at fudginggoodpud@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.
    After 1 hour, we can no longer cancel or amend your order as it may already be in preparation for dispatch.

  • Subscription Cancellations:
    If you’ve subscribed to a monthly fudge box, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next payment is due. To cancel, simply log into your account and follow the instructions or contact us for assistance.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

  • Refund Processing:
    If your cancellation is successful, we will process your refund within  5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used when making the purchase. 

4. Changes After Dispatch

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or amend it. However, if there are any issues with your order upon delivery, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further assistance.
