Shipping policy

At Fudging Good Puds, we want to get your fudge to you as quickly and safely as possible! Below are our shipping options and important details about delivery.

1. Shipping Options & Costs

We offer two shipping options via Royal Mail:

📦 Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days
  • Fully tracked with delivery updates
  • Cost: £3.99 (or free over £25.00 if applicable)

⚡ Express Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days
  • Fully tracked with priority handling
  • Cost: £6.99 - £9.99

📍 Local Collection 

  • Free collection from Barnstaple, Devon by appointment.

2. Dispatch Times

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of receiving payment.
  • Orders placed after 11AM will be processed the next working day.
  • We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. This is subject to change through busy periods of the year.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order on the Royal Mail website. 
  • Large or Wholesale orders shipping may be with other courier company's.

4. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Royal Mail aims to deliver within the estimated timeframes, but delays can happen, especially during peak periods.
  • If your order has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us, and we will investigate.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, please email us at fudginggoodpuds@gmail.com within 48 hours.
  • Include your order number and photos if applicable, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

6. International Shipping 

  • At this time, we only ship within the UK.

7. Address Errors & Redelivery

  • Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-delivery fees may apply.
