At Fudging Good Puds, we want you to love every fudging bite! However, if there’s an issue with your order, here’s what you need to know:

Perishable Goods

As our fudge is a fresh, perishable product, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual high standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds & Replacements

We may offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
✅ Your order arrives damaged or melted (please provide photos).
✅ You received the wrong items.
✅ There is a quality issue with the product.

To request a refund or replacement, email [your contact email] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include:
📸 Photos of the issue
📦 Your order number
✉️ A brief description of the problem

Cancellations

We can only cancel or amend orders if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once your order is being prepared, we are unable to make changes.

Allergy & Preference Refunds

We clearly list ingredients for all our products. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you purchase an item that contains allergens or ingredients you dislike. Please check product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Delivery Issues

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party couriers. We cannot be responsible for delays, but if your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, get in touch, and we’ll do our best to help.
